What this site is

NK Real Estate Group is a licensed real estate brokerage in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This site lets you search homes, save them, request tours and consultations, and keep those things in a portal shared with the agent assigned to you.

Listing information

Listing data is provided through the MLS under an IDX agreement and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It may be updated or withdrawn without notice. Photographs and descriptions belong to the listing brokerage identified on each home. Until the MLS feed is live, listings shown are illustrative samples and are labelled as such.

Your account

• You sign in with a code sent to your email; keep that inbox secure.
• Give us accurate contact details so a tour can actually be confirmed.
• Do not use the site to scrape listings or to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.

Not legal, lending or valuation advice

Payment estimates on this site are arithmetic with stated assumptions, not a quote. Nothing on the site is legal advice, a lending decision or an appraisal. Those come from licensed people you engage directly — including, where you ask, an NK agent.
