What that means in practice
- The homes you are shown depend on what you asked for — price, size, place — and nothing else.
- Agents are assigned by availability and area, never by who you are.
- The site's automated features, including any AI assistance, are not permitted to use protected characteristics in any decision, and every automated action is logged.
- Reasonable accommodations and modifications are supported and welcomed.
If something is wrong
If you believe you have been treated unfairly, tell the principal broker at hello@nkrealestate.com. You can also contact the Virginia Fair Housing Office or file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
